Quick Tip of the day !

With the seasons changing ( well at least in Canada), remember to review your skin care routine. You might need to change your moisturizer or add a serum to your routine , just to make sure the cold weather doesn't dry up your skin. Exfoliating and then applying a good moisturizer is a good way to keep your skin supple and fresh - and dry patch free.

I would suggest applying your moisturizer after the shower to lock in the moisture !! Same applies  to your BODY...don't forget. Let's all take good care of our skin in the cold seasons , so we can show it off in the summer... let's just hope it comes quickly and that winter won't be too bad this year.

First step to flawless Skin

1. Hydration - drink lots and lots of water, as it washes away the toxins and purifies your body. Obvious right? well with the amount of Caffein and sugars the the average population consumes, we have to drink even more water to attained that glowy skin. Try it!
2. Exercise - Exercise helps your blood flow and nourishes your skin. You can already see the effect after a great workout. Sweat also serves likes a mini facial, opening your pores and letting any dirt out.
3. Sleep !!! Call it a night after a long day of work and just relax, listen to some music or read a book... and make sure to catch some Zzzzz.
4. Basic Skin care Routine : Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize (CTM). Use  a day moisturizer and a different one that is more nourishing for night , since night time is the best time for your skin to rejuvenate itself. Also make sure to use a skin care that is suitable for your skin type. Might take some trial and error but you will see results. Also, on a weekly basis, exfoliate and do a clarifying face mask. Go for Facials if you can afford them, otherwise, you can do it yourself at home.

My product of choice :
I personally love Cliniques and Estee Lauder products !!!... Clinique is very affordable and work wonders. Their Dramatically different gel is very light and serves as a perfect base for Make-up.

I always tell my brides to make sure to take care of their skin, so their glow is from within ... let your skin be the best it can be.

See you next time :)
